I understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and I want to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible. If you need to cancel your service, please let me know 24 hours in advance. I understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24-hour notice for rescheduling your appointment. Salon guests are given one (1) grace appointment a year for last-minute scheduling changes. If that has been used, the missed appointment fee of 50% of the scheduled service is required to avoid restricted booking and future appointments cancelled. In the event I need to cancel an appointment due to unexpected illness, power outages, or other major events with less than 12 hours notice, a credit in the amount of 20% of your service will be added to your guest profile and applied at your next visit. I appreciate your flexibility! I will make every attempt to reschedule within 10 days if these incidents occur.
